Make great cocktails at home when you learn the tricks of the trade from a master bartender, Albion Bundey. Expand your cocktail repertoire and learn the "How To's" behind one of the more popular cocktail ingredients, Chartreuse. Developed by French Monks in the mid-18th century from a secret recipe, Chartreuse combines 130 herbs and botanicals that deliver a dynamic flavor to mixed drinks.
Our goal with these classes is to not only give you the knowledge around different spirits and cocktails, but all the equipment you need to make any shaken, stirred, or muddled drink that comes at you.
Come thirsty and join us at Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek on Thursday, February 20, to become a cocktail aficionado. Limited space is available.
About the Bartender
Albion Bundey has been in the industry since the age of 16, a natural fit for Albi since both parents are celebrated chefs, and he’s been behind the bar for the past four years. Don’t let the fact that Albi is the youngest in B&GC by a decade fool you, he has a keen passion for spirits, mixology and is a true master of the trade. On a personal note, he was born in New York City but grew up in Colorado Springs.
