One Part New Coat of Paint

One Part Neighborhood Art Takeover

8,000 cans of spray paint used.
A week of painting and programming.
100+ fresh murals.
thousands exposed to a new art form.

The RiNo Arts District approached Two Parts to help strengthen and  manage its signature art festival. With nearly 10 years under the belt, and a rapidly growing community, it was time to go bigger and bring in a creative partner with experiential chops to breath in some new brand life and festival execution.

With plenty of experience producing creative projects in the area, Two Parts enhanced the existing magic of CRUSH by expanding the footprint, bulking up the content strategy, adding more events within the festival, and building a hub for creativity with a bar, sponsors, and DJs.

In 2020, Two Parts worked with CRUSH to produce one of the only events Denver saw during a pandemic summer. All outdoors, with social distancing and ample relevant signage and safety protocols in place, we again got people into the streets to experience the fresh paint and share some awe even from 6ft apart.  And to top it all off, we debuted a new brand and a robust new website that featured content on every participating artist, and an interactive map to help enthusiasts navigate the pieces long after the festival wrapped.
