Cherry Creektoberfest returns to Cherry Creek North on September 19 & 20! This two-day festival will offer an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience. We're teaming up with the German American Chamber of Commerce to bring authentic German flavor to Cherry Creek. An authentic German hut and signage will be provided to all vendors! Vendor expectations with participation:
Vendor acknowledges that submission of payment constitutes a binding agreement to participate in the event. All vendor fees are final and non-refundable, including in the event of non-attendance, or failure to comply with event requirements.
Vendor agrees to operate their booth for all required event hours, remain properly staffed, and comply with all event rules, timelines, and instructions provided by Two Parts.
Vendor is responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals, and for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes in accordance with local and state regulations.
Vendor agrees to carry appropriate general liability insurance for participation and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
Vendor releases and holds harmless Two Parts, event partners, and all affiliated entities from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.
Additional Food Vendor Expectations:
Vendor agrees to follow all health department regulations and food safety requirements, including proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature control.
Vendor will provide appropriate protective measures for my setup, including grease containment, floor protection, and waste disposal, and will leave area clean. Vendor is responsible for any damage caused by their operations, including grease, fire, or waste
