In the partnership’s fifth year, Two Parts  worked with Snowmass Tourism once again to put on the annuall, three-day Snowmass Rendezvous held in Snowmass Village. In its initial years, the event functioned as a craft  beer fest, but in 2021, we reimagined the whole experience and enlisted wineries, distilleries, and retailers to join the fun up on Fanny Hill.

Two Parts designed the event layout to span the Snowmass Village grass, the base village lawn (and with gondola access!) and the top of the mountain. We stationed beverage makers and retailers from Snowmass and beyond to set up branded activations throughout each space for Rendezvous-ers to enjoy throughout Saturday’s ticketed event. With such a large event landscape, we supported the event layout  with a comprehensive, custom signage plan including a-frames, directionals, and posters. At the top of Fanny Hill, we utilized the Snowmass stage and booked a lineup of local talent to serve as the soundtrack to the tasting experience.

In addition to event production, our team put together a marketing plan to entice Denverites to make the trip to the mountains for a weekend of fun in the valley. For 2021, we also revamped previous branding and created custom digital assets for Snowmass Tourism and as well as a partner toolkit for all participating vendors. With so much to explore, taste, and experience, the event ended up being the best Snowmass Rendezvous yet!
